Muthui Agro-ventures is an agribusiness enterprise under Oracle securities that focuses on the consistent production of quality farm produce, with the ultimate goal of being able to service our market all year round. Our focus is on ensuring the preservation of food nutrition from farm to fork, by applying modern technology and avoiding harmful chemical in our entire production chain.

With the growing Kenyan population and the influences of climate change, our mission at Muthui Agro-ventures is bridge the food and nutrition gap in the country’s market by ensuring access to sustainable, consistent and quality agricultural products.

Commitment to product quality and consistent supply

We are committed to ensuring that our produce and products meet all necessary standards of quality through ensuring traceability right from the seeds/seedlings that we use for production, inputs and expertise utilized as well as the methods of production that we chose to use on each of our farms. This commitment requires us to ensure that we always use certified seeds, nutritionally dense animal feeds, and sustainable production methods. We are also keen on consistent supply of our produce through well-structured production plans as well as utilizing multiple farm locations.

Sustainability

With an understanding of the pressures that agriculture places on the environment, we are keen to ensure that as much as is possible we preserve the integrity of our soils through the use of manure and organic sources of soil nutrients, cautious use of fertilizers and practice efficient waste management practices. Additionally, efficient use of natural resources such as water is important to our production hence the preference for drip irrigation systems.
